Cleanmate Sticky pads are self-adhesive pads that can be used for note-taking in the cleanroom areas. Good for use for short note taking and reminders. The pad doesn’t leave adhesive residues from the surface, it has contact with.

- High purity, water-based adhesive featuring low outgassing with no Silicone oil and Amide to address contamination concern
- Ultra-clean with low particle and fiber generation
- Certified for the level of eight toxic elements migrates (As, Ba, Cd, Hg, Pb, Sb,Se) under European Standard EN71-3
- Recyclable and environmental friendly paper which are available in White, Orange, Green and Yellow colors
- Available in 3inch x 3inch (76mm x 76mm) sizes and comes in 80sheets per pad
- Individually cleanroom packed
