Product Information
Chemo Prep Mat is a highly absorbent, low-linting mat that is sterilized thru gamma irradiation. It is constructed from a 3-layer polyethylene fiber blend. The top layer is a PE apertured film for even distribution of liquid, the middle layer is an Airlaid paper for absorption and the bottom layer is a Non-slip PE film which prevents the spill from penetrating through the surface and keeps the mat in place.

- Top layer is a liquid permeable and non-linting material
- Middle layer offers better absorbency than low particulate cleanroom wipe
- Bottom layer is a non-slip Polyethylene film which serves as a liquid barrier and protects SS306 surface
- Individually packed and wrapped in polythene with "easy-disperse" feature which makes the package easy to open even when wearing gloves and does not shed particulates
- Lot number provision for traceability
- Available in both non-sterile and sterile thru gamma irradiation
- Gamma irradiated at not less than 25 kGy
